Callum McLeod studied at the Royal Academy of Music and in his final year was awarded the Chappell Gold Medal for piano recital. Since then he has worked as a musician in all aspects of the industry both nationally and internationally. He has subsequently been awarded an ARAM.

Recent work includes being Musical Director for Michael Ball's 'Coming Home To You' tour and Musical Director for the Ball & Boe Arena tour of the UK ending in December 2021 at the O2, London. He featured on Radio 2's Piano Room on 2nd Feb 2023 leading the BBC Concert Orchestra for Michael Ball's live performance. He was Musical Director for Michael's 2024 'On With The Show' UK Tour and has just completed the 2025 Ball & Boe Arena Tour with another sold out performance at London's O2. Callum was also Assistant Musical Director for the original West End production of The Phantom Of The Opera.
